GRAND KICK-OFF TIPS

• DO NOT HAVE A GRAND KICK OFF if you do not have an X-FACTOR!  TIP:  invite a guest to preach or a band to play.  OR get all the kids to have a Special!

• DO NOT HAVE A GRAND KICK OFF if you do not have a strategy to get the MAXIMUM people to come!  TIP:  people come when invited and when there is food / drinks.

• DO NOT HAVE A GRAND KICK OFF if you do not have ANYTHING TO OFFER them for the NEXT FEW WEEKS!  TIP:  call people to commit to a STUDY COURSE in a SMALL GROUP! -- get them to COMMIT to join the 30 Day Reading ... the 6 Week LifeGroup ... etc :-)
